City land use plan by Grace PG Design Group and Zane Garway, was designed with vision and commitment to transforming over 2,700 acres in southeast San Antonio and
Bexar County into a “legacy “community serving as a catalyst to sustainable
growth for generations in the future.
R City will become a unique place and
story in San Antonio, setting itself apart as a “world – class” master planned
community.
The land use plan includes creative industries, office buildings, mixed living, single-family dwellings, tiny homes, and education facilities. Recreation activities included polo fields, sculpture gardens, a preforming arts center, and maximizes green spaces. R City respects cultural heritage and weaves the confluence of cultures into the plan.
