The 24-acre site includes nine buildings, where Grace PG Design Group performed the Building Assessment review with a team of MEP, Civil, structural, and cost estimators. The Assessment gave the non-profit the budget to be raised and the work required for each building. The buildings that were renovated by GPGG were a dining hall for 400 students, including a new commercial kitchen, a dormitory with 45 rooms for 90 students, classrooms, and a training kitchen. Also renovated were the long-term housing and the maternity building.
