Casa De Mexico - Alemeda Building

The historically significant Alemeda Building circa 1942 renovation included selective demolition, a new addition, programming, budget reconciliation, space planning, MEP coordination, and a new building core to create a fully renovated building floor plan. The Project included a new elevator cab design and the initial occupancy of three tenants. Restoration and renovation of a small auditorium on the 2nd floor included back-painted glass panels with accent lighting.
