Adaptive use of 17,000 sf building that was 5 lease spaces. New building floor plate included restrooms, telephone equipment, offices for community use including a boardroom for 30 seating. There were 5 homes acquired to accommodate a 66-space parking lot. Grace PG Design did building design, interior programming, space planning, construction administration. Coordination of MEP and Civil documents, and oversight on construction. Project cost 4 million.
